I opened an account about 7 months ago and I really enjoy using the Natwest site compared to some of the other sites I have used previously, although the card reader can be an inconvenience to carry around due to size. Looking at it though Barclays also have a similar reader (my wife has an account with them), but overall the RBS site is easy to use. While searching the internet, I came across a website http://boutique.gemalto.com/e-banking/uk/ from where I bought a portable version of the card reader which I can carry in my wallet. Wife was pretty happy as well as she could replace her Barclays reader with the portable version!



Overall very happy with the online banking experience offered by Natwest!
