poor customer service - non existent. To ring them and to expect an update as to when your purchase may be received is an alien concept. In view of only chasing 3 days after advised delivery date showed some patience. Once i accpeted a late supplier delivery ofthe frame - then came the next reasons for delay ... Bank Holiday .... lense manufacturer late ..... oh, not arrived as we had hoped ... they have been posted to us however .....
Glasses take an age to be delivered. No communication received. When rang when due told might be in next day. Then told will be another week, waited 10 days to be told "might be in tomorrow", only to again not arrive. Best to purchase cheaper from their WEBSITE directly and save paying extra for slow service. Their suppliers let them down, and therfore the end customer is left to be inconvenienced. Optique Vision last promised call back not received. ( AND No glasses received !! - given up ringing to hear a different reason for non delivery. ALL SO VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PROMISES MADE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER .... ;-) wonder why ???? )
