Payment process is ridiculously complex. It requires 36 keystrokes to access my account and use the card reader to make a payment - and that's assuming everything works (which sometimes it does not).



For my Austrian online account (which is rated extremely secure by various independent agencies) I make 9 keystrokes.



In both cases I have excluded inserting the payee details.
