I Have just joined Natwest and registered with Advantage Gold. It offers a lot of things, Yet I am paying the extra money a month for the phone insurance. My Phone has Recently Broke and I have filled in the claim form like told to do so and sent it off but still not heard anything back. I have been without a phone now for about a month and still paying the extra a month and not heard anything back. I think this is bad seeing as if I missed a payment they would be onto me within days yet taking their time with my Claim!
