Bad Points
Support is really awful if you purchase away from China. Both the Ebay and Amazon.com sellers do not deliver the support needed.Documentation is poorly prepared and vital elements are not covered.

General Comments
It is a good product. The software is well above the competition. The device is sensitive, excellent even under heavy cloudy, stormy and built up conditions.

Make sure you are dealing with a reputable seller before buying this. Otherwise it is a good product.
