My wife and me visited the store that is located near Selfridges as we were in the area. What a bad decision.



The female staff on duty that day would have been under qualified to have been selling burgers. When I visit a store that I believe has a certain calibre and tradition I do not expect pushy and down right stupid sales assistants that make you feel like all they want to do is pilfer your money welcoming me.



I left the store with the impression that I had visited a cut price pound shop rather than a store in the West End of London. Thus, I did not make a purchase.
