General Comments
I booked a flight with BMI baby back in February this year to fly to Malaga, I am due to fly in two weeks, I received an email a couple of days ago as we opted for on line checking and they asked for passport details for Spanish Immigration, I thought fair enough, logged on and they have got incorrect initial for my husband, I called them and explained that I hadnt done and explained the I.T. issues with their website as it kept crashing when I booked the flight. I had to pay £105.50 to change the initial from S to B, there wasnt any other changes. To add insult to injury, I called from my mobile telephone on their 0905 number and it cost me £26.45 for a 12 minute call. The staff were very rude and most unhelpful, it has totally spoilt my holiday and I would never recommend them to any of my friends, colleagues or family. If I was you, it is worh paying slightly more money and flying with a more reputable airline like Monarch or thomas cook etc.
