Not a very good product, and 3 mobile service is even worse. mine is on ebay now as it was quite rubbish.

slow speeds like dialup days and had driver issues with the device also.
Drivers on vista were a nightmare to install. The device was not recognised alot as its has a double stage install in the drivers. it sees it as a removable CD then installs the device as a modem, vista didnt get passed this point quite alot. upgraded drivers etc.

when i got it also the texts from 3 were comming out as jibberish also, until i upgraded the firmware.
