Bad Points
Nothing - a good e-tailer in my experience.

General Comments
I ordered a childs bike from bikes2udirect and all went fine - would use them again.

I entered the wrong postcode for delivery address and it only took one email for them to promptly correct it for me and resolve my own mistake - had no troubles in contacting them by email.

Also really liked the sms text message alert when the bike was dispatched as I knew it was on its way with out having to check my email.
