General Comments
I purchased a childs bike from Bikes 2U Direct in January. The delivery was quick but that was the end of any form of good service.

The bike ( a 12" Commando ) is a piece of junk - the back wheel and pedals regularly seize up and the bike becomes unusable.

I have been attempting to contact Bikes 2U for 2 months. The phone is never answered nor is their E mail system ( the method of contact they recommend ) I have tried both to no avail.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT MAY SEEM - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING !!
