Ordered bike on Sunday, Defy 4 2010 model. Although frame size requested was not in stock I was given an alternative but better model (Defy 4 Compact 2011) at reduced price.E mail responses were prompt & helpful.New bike arrived on Friday in excellent condition.I was able to track delivery on postal web site and had someone available to sign for delivery when package was due to arrive.

Very good service and bike now ready for weekend.
