I got a quote for two phones and was happy but knew I had a third one around somewhere so waited while I found it.



Before I sent in the three phones I checked the quote online and it was still the same but the cheque I received was much lower than quoted. When I challenged this I was told that quotes were valid for thirty days, which I was aware of. I advised them that I had rechecked the quote before I sent the phones in and had included a printout of it but they said that their syetem didn't update online when prices changed!!!!



Not happy!!!!



If they are going to hold a quote valid for a period of time thats fine but when it changes it should update so the client is actually aware. I could have gotten much more selling the phones on eBay and wouldn't have used this service.
