When I purchased my Majestic Filter Queen in 2004 I was promised there would be a yearly service. Also a lifetime Guarantee. I have only once had a service in 2006 and am not able to contact the service engineer - he either doesn't answer his mob. or it is switched off. The company have not responded to e-mails. It is one thing to order a belt and replace oneself but if the motor needs attention then that should be seen to by the company.
Because of my experience of diabolically poor after sales service I would never recommend this vacuum to a friend.
