General Comments
I recently ordered the back issues of When Saturday Comes the www.wsc.co.uk site. The actual process of ordering was quite tedious to say the least. You where required to become a member and verify your email address, then reselect what you wanted to buy then go through the whole process again. Once this was done (it took about half an hour) I was able to order and received a message that my item will be with me in 5 working days.
I then waited for 7 days before I then sent an email to ask where my package was as the payment had been taken yet it was still showing as pending. I received a reply around 24 hours later which was quite polite and was not a stock email (which I hate about some companies) the email stated that the package was delayed due to where the stock was stored and was now sent out via Royal Mail.
Three working day after that email was sent I finally received my parcel and was quite impressed at the amount I paid for the back issues £24.99 considering the weight of the parcel.
I would use When Saturday comes again but not if I needed something urgent.
