I was a bit worried about ordering a bicycle from Ash Cycles, having read several negative reviews, but the whole experience has been completely hassle free. The bike was dispatched within two days, I got automated emails at several stages in the process, and the bicycle was excellent. It did arrive marked with dire warnings from the manufacturer about the warranty not being valid if delivered only partially-assembled, but I think that would be an issue with any online retailer. I paid £30 to have the bicycle assembled by my local bike shop, which was money well-spent. Even with the extra assembly cost the price of the bike ended up being much less than anything I'd found elsewhere.
