General Comments
The waltons Keswick Summerhouse we bought did not go together well....I had a gardener in to put it up (he has built several sheds before) and he said it was a nightmare, lots of the wood was the wrong size so he had to cut most of it to size himself. The roof felt they delivered was also wrong and Waltons refused to send the correct felt as they said it was in their terms and conditions so they can replace any part they want with a replacement......They advertise the specifications with mineral felt but they deliver a felt which is not worth putting on as it's so bad. I now have to go out and purchase my own felt at an additional cost! The service was awful and their customer service department is terrible. The lady even hung up on me just because I said I wanted to speak to someone more senior to try to resolve the issue of the roof felt! I was not even rude.

I will never buy anything from Waltons again as the service was so awful! and the building just as bad!
