i paid for a rush order for a bridal gown back in feb and paid instantly. I was assured dress woulkd reach me within 6 weeks, it never turned up for my wedding which was planned for april this year. I approached them re refund and was told the manager is the only one who was authorised to do so, This has now still going on and every week I am promised it willo be done and it never is. So £300 down and no wedding dress, would deffo not recommend. Does anyo0ne know what else I can do re: getting my money back? Thanks
