Popular Patchwork is a very valuable publication in that it, displays and demonstrates an interesting variety of design and its uses. Everything is well illustrated with patterns provided. A beginner like me is enthused - to try applique, bondwebbing curved patchwork and quilting from other countries. The only bad point is Popular Patchwork does not inform us of quilting groups in the Scottish Borders. I would gladly recommend this magazine to someone looking for further stimulation in the field of Quilting or Patchwork.
