“I have owned a Gorenje front loading washing machine...”

I have owned a Gorenje front loading washing machine WI63113 for just over 2 years and have experienced multiple problems with it. The plastic ridges inside the drum have snapped off during the wash cycle three times. The first time this happened, the machine was only a few months old. This plastic piece has been replaced twice under warranty but, as the warranty is for 2 years and it has happened again, I am now expected to pay for this ridiculously poor quality product which is not fit for purpose. Also the door has been hanging on by one screw for over 18 months and was not repaired during the last callout. I would advise people not to buy Gorenje..overpriced poor quality products.
