bought a tunic jumper on dec 21st 2010. after wearing garment on two occasions excessive pilling became apparent.returned item to store with original receipt to complain re-quality. managers saw no fault with garment.had to contact zara head office.told to send them garment. eventually got store to agree return the garment. i have now had garment returned after zara have taken the decision that garment is expected to pill excessively!!! and that i require to by a garment shaver to care for garment. i now have a bag of wool which i intend to return to zara with the garment and believe me there is still a huge ammount of pilling.zara have lost a regular customer. ps. i gave one star above for value for money as there was no option to omit this section to the lack of value for money i have experienced.
