“I called Enviroglaze back in August and the salesman...”

I called Enviroglaze back in August and the salesman offered me a 'trade' price based on the rough window sizes I gave him. It seemed reasonable and although he came across as a bit 'salesman-y', I invited him to visit my home to measure up properly and to tell me about their product, allow me to ask questions etc.



One and three quarter hours before the first appointment, I received a call saying he was the other side of London so he wouldn't be able to get to me at the agreed time. We rearranged for 10 days later.



This time, rather than calling me, he just never bothered to show up.



Needless to say, I can't recommend this company.
