Can only confirm what others have reported. Booked on line through Holiday Autos for collection at Naples Airport. At the desk, had the distinct impression no booking was on record and were given a Fiat Punto in very poor condition (with a list of damage). On return the car was delivered during office hours and given to their representative in the car park who checked it over. Back in the UK we have discovered the sum of 600Euros has been taken from our credit card on the day of return with no explanation. We have complained to Holiday Autos and are awaiting their reply, we feel this is a rip-off! (I am reluctantly giving this company a 1 star rating purely to be able to submit this review)
