My friend and I decided to use the bra fitting service at Debenhams in Ayr. We both got fitted and bought bras worth £80+ and thought we got a good service until we found that we could only buy the size in a Debenhams shop. (30FF usually 34B and 32FF usually 36DD). When i got home I put my bra on and was totally disgusted due to the size of the cup (massive). My friend was happy with hers as the girl in the shop said that they would be tight for a while. We then decided to return to the shop the following day to find that we had to wait 20 minutes to be seen again so decided to go down to marks and spencer where we were both fitted again to totally different sizes from the sizes Debenhams gave. We then went back to Debenhams to find a very rude lady saying that my friend had an attitude because she wanted her money back and again stated that a bra should mark you under your breasts and on your back (dont think so). After the lady got her manager she got a full refund so all in all a very poor service Debenhams. Never again so we would definetly not recommend anyone to use this bra fitting service.
