“Ok...I've just spent over an hour and a half trying to...”

Good Points
I'd love to point out a good point on this Bluetooth headset, but brand new out of the package and it won't even charge up! I'll move onto the bad points.

Bad Points
This will be easier...write about the bad points. First... has anyone actually got anywhere with customer service with this company? I mean... you can't even get to a place where the computerized voice asks you a question that is relative to your problem! This headset wouldn't charge up from the get go! And at no time...does the computerized outgoing voice there at Motorola give you choice to get someone on the phone. After ten minutes of forced frustration and wasted time... you're stuck. With no customer service...so, at this moment and I look around their website for some answers. All they give you are links to buy more stuff. No answers anywhere about charging the darn headset. And they passed laws here in California that we have to buy this rubbish! If I were anyone in my shoes....having to buy a headset? Don't leave the store with any of these products until you see them work for yourself. Make them open the box, get it charged up (if it'll charge...you're a step ahead of me!) and then you might get lucky and it'll work.

General Comments
Ok...I've just spent over an hour and a half trying to get my Motorola H670 to work.....it won't charge and the customer service doenst' work and the website wont' tell you anything about how to fix the crummy piece of junk. I'm afraid to ask what my wife spent on this as a father's day gift! I wonder if I'll hear from someone at Motorola if I complain enough to help me? Oh well...
