Good Points
Returns was reasonably quick.

Bad Points
Where to start? Missing items, customer service slow to respond, too money from orders when they were out of stock and did not refund for many weeks after. I am still awaiting a refund of over 150 pounds on this.

General Comments
Worst service I have ever received from a known department store, bar none.
