FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ENSURE WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RIP OFF COMPANY.

i have been for esure for one year. In november i made a claim for a non fault accident. They took 3 months to repair the car and charged me £450 for access. I had to go to their garage and not BMW garage and get a courtesy car and gave me a really bad mitsubishi colt for the coldest winter ever (FANTASTIC, GOING FROM A BRAND NEW BMW INTO A MITSUBISHI COLT), it was like a toy car and they gave me no choice in the matter. Now i come to the renew day, i have lost two years of my 4 years non claims and my previous insurance was £700 a year and they just told me to renew my insurance is £5000 for the same car, WHAT A JOKE!!!! this company SHOULD NOT EXIST, i am going to report them to trading standard. I just got my new insurance for £700 saving £4300.

PLEASE, NEVER EVER ENSURE YOUR CAR WTH THIS COMPANY! I HAVE GIVEN THEM ONE STAR JUST CUZ WHEN WRITING A REVIEW HERE YOU ARE FORCES TO PUT AT LEAST ONE STAR (AN OTHER JOKE)
