I have used Serenata only four times in the last four years but each time I have had no issues. Flowers delivered on time each time.
I have recently ordered some flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day - they are due today. I haven't received them as yet but I didn't ask them for a specific time.
My only complaint would be the website. It looks very smart but the 'track my order' and 'my account' functions are pretty poor, which is disappointing… Read Full Review

I committed the cardinal sin of not reading reviews of online websites before ordering from them. I ordered flowers and a box of Belgian chocolates to be delivered to my wife at her office on our 1st Wedding Anniversary. I had paid £10 extra for a 'before noon delivery'. Disgraceful service, utterly shambolic. Flowers ordered WELL in advance for a 30th birthday - my girlfriend's - and on the day nothing was delivered. Customer Services constantly engaged, autoreply emails to complaints, and then when I did get through I was spoken to like a moron who had inconvenienced the girl for complaining!

i thought id put accross my point of view. Most people only write reviews when they are unhappy and therefore the reputation of a company goes downhill. I have used them to deliver flowers on several occasions to the USA and have never had a problem they arrived on time, undamaged and perfectly presented, which is always a relief.
I would recommend them personally the web site is easy to use also. Im hoping someone will now send me a bunch of flowers so I can be the recipient !

I purchased some flowers on a sunday evening for delivery on the tuesday. The website was very easy to look around and had some stunning pictures of the products. Choosing a delivery date was easy too as it gave me the different options and prices before i went to the check-out.

Friends from abroad ordered flowers for us for Xmas with the clear instruction "call ahead to ensure they're home". We were not home but were staying nearby. Receiving no answer at our door, the delivery person let themselves into our garage and dumped the arrangement there. By the time we got them, they were dead. I would seriously urge people to not buy from Serenata Flowers.
Their service is abysmal. I did not receive flowers for my mum and whenever I rang them, they would never pick up the phone. I rang several times and was kept on hold for ages... after 20 minutes I would give up as I don't even think there was anybody on their customer service to pick up the phone.

I ordered the Narnia bouquet at £29.99 (supposedly on offer from £39.99)for Christmas, delivery date 22nd Dec. The didn't arrive & the website said deliveries were delayed due to adverse weather - fair enough, although all other post arrived. They were left in my porch between 6-7pm on Boxing day, the house was full but no-one knocked. My family had ordered flowers to be delivered to me on my birthday, 18 Dec. but they didn't arrive until 21st "due to weather conditions". However, it seems they had been prepared for 18th because the stalks were wrapped in paper towelling and it was bone dry. Didn't arrive on the day (although ordered over a week beforehand). Customer service promised to cancel and refund when asked about this failure, but didn't.
The flowers themselves are very poor, mostly greenery with a few very small blooms. From a shop, I'd expect to pay about 1/4 the actual price.
