I was so worried as I placed order after reading the reviews, however everything went to plan, flowers arrived at 2.00pm and my mum said they were the best flowers she had ever received (she has had a few over the years as she is 79)

There unfortunately isn't a '0 Stars' option, which is absolutely what I would give to this company.

Absolutely disastrous! Shocking customer service, absolute blatant lies on their website and just overall a terrible experience.

At the top of Serenata Flowers' website, there is a banner stating that you can order before 8pm for Next Day FREE delivery. After about 10 minutes of searching for a way to eliminate the delivery fee from the final order total (at 7.35pm), I eventually gave up… Read Full Review

What a CON, do not waste your money buying from Sernenata, do yourself a favour and nip down the Petrol Station on your way home, you could buy all the flowers they have in stock, get better value and have change for what you would pay for the rubish you get from this company, failing that buy from Interflora...
I ordered 20 Luxury Roses and paid an extra £10 for the "Delux" vrsion to be delivered as a supprise on Valentines day for my wife... what a joke!

Serenata Flowers is simply the worst florist I have ever used, and I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order through them.

We needed to order flowers at 7:30pm for urgent next-day delivery. Right at the top of Serenata's website is a banner saying "Need flowers tomorrow? Order by 8pm for FREE delivery". This clearly implies that 8pm is the cut-off time for next-day delivery, and that there would be no delivery charge....

Regarding SERENATA FLOWERS;
I ordered some flowers through the website, to be delivered on Valentines day to my girlfriend. I placed the order about a week before Valentines day. I received e-mail confirmation stating that the flowers were to be delievered between 08:00 hours and 18:00 hours on 14/02/2011.

I wish I'd read these reviews beforehand. You CANNOT get them on the phone! You send email and then get incident number, only to have them send another saying their system has a fault. Their order tracking is next to useless. I was given a consignment number but no detail about the delivery company. In fact I didn't really understand they would use an ordinary delivery company. Right! Where to start? I'm pretty narked that I didn't read any review about the company before making the biggest mistake of ordering from them. I ordered 12 deluxe red roses for my girlfriend for Valentines. I paid for GUARANTEED delivery just to make sure that it'll get there on time. Guess what? Valentine's Day came, no flowers! Flowers ordered online on 14th Feb for same day delivery (and paid an extra fee for that). Flowers were not delivered. Money was taken from account though. So I had to call them. I was told that they would could the florist to cancel. I asked what if the flowers are being delivered in the meantime. They said I would be refunded of the delivery charge only. I had to point them to their "100% satifaction guarantee" for them to accept to fully refund me, which they did.

Ordered a single rose for my husband and a balloon well in advance for today. Unfortunately, they have not yet arrived and having rang the number which is busy and sending a call back enquiry I have failed to recieve anything.

I am really really upset annoyed...

Advise everyone not to waste their time ordering from them, you will only be left with nothing.

Really BAD service, DO NOT order from here. I ordered 20 luxury roses for valentine's, which I had ordered 2 weeks before the date. They arrived at 19.15pm, when they were supposed to be delivered between 8am and 6pm. We had to change our plans for the evening, when trying to call them I could not get through and they were constantly engaged. The box was wet,damaged and half opened, the roses were not fresh and not what i had ordered. The petrol stations sell better roses than what they sent… Read Full Review

This was a Valentines Day order, ordered on 10th February, w/ added vase. I came across these reviews after ordering, and it did worry me.

This was being delivered to a central London location during the business day. They arrived on time, in a large box to avoid any damage, and in good condition. The recipient is very happy about the quality of the flowers.

First time using this website, and I also made the mistake of not reading reviews about them first.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers which was suppose to arrive today (Valentine's Day) by 6pm. At 5:50pm I received a text message on my mobile that the flowers have been sent. This surprised me as I have been in the house the entire day and did not hear the door ring. I went down to check, nothing was there, no flowers, no card, nothing.

Despite some unsavoury reviews, here is an honest account of my experience today.

I ordered some flowers for Valentines day on Thursday the 10th of February to make sure they would be on time. I must admit, I was getting a little anxious as I had heard no word by 4:30pm and they were being delivered to a work address.
