My son paid with his own money and arranged for some flowers to be delivered to me for Mothers Day. What a wonderful thought! The flowers were delivered on time in a pristine box and sadly that is the only good thing I am able to say about our experience. Do NOT use this company. My daughter sent me Mother's Day flowers, some of which were were going brown on delivery and which are even worse today. I have attempted to contact them online but without success. As they were a gift it is difficult to say truthfully how bad they are to the sender and I think Serenata rely on this as well as making it difficult to contact them. “Terrible, appalling and disappointing ”

I have used this company twice and twice I have been completely let down by the condition of flowers. Ordered for mothers birthday and Mothering Sunday. At least 50% of flowers broken. Just left at the door laying down. I've seen so many other negative reviews. We can't all be wrong. Avoid avoid avoid, that's my advice. I ordered flowers for mothers day with plenty of notice, guaranteed to be delivered the day before. On said day, the tracking said they were out for delivery 8am - 8pm. They never arrived. No contact number, sent emails, only got template emails back initially & refused to contact me by phone. No explanation given as to why they never turned up. A similar Mother's Day flowers experience. Flowers due on the Saturday and didn't arrive on the Sunday either. No response from this sham company or any attempt to explain their very shoddy service. Steer well clear of this bunch of amateurs!!!

I ordered flowers for my very ill sister-in-law in hospital. When the confirmation page came up on the website the address was incomplete - they had omitted both the hospital name and the name of the ward. There was a facility to edit the order but although you could edit the message there was absolutely no way to edit the address. I wanted to add a comment to the above, I have had exactly the same thing happen to me. I cried to hear my mom when she described what had been delivered to her and was horrified when i saw the pictures . I have had exactly the same response saying that the dreadful dead bunch of flowers do represent the picture in their opinion. NOT AT ALL....... I would NEVER use this company again and i am going to get in touch with trading standards etc as its totally disgusting

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day for delivery the day before, the Saturday, for free delivery. I Received confirmation of the order by email. Just so happened to track my order on the Saturday and was told there was a problem and that I had to contact the company. Despite providing my phone number at the time of order, the company did not contact me regarding the issue so if I had not tracked my order I wouldn't have known until it was too late. Ordered flowers for mothers day online using serenata flowers to be delivered in ireland. I made the order no problem and even recieved an email to confirm my order. I recieved an email on sathurday morning THE DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY in forming me my order was cancelled as the flowers were not available for delivery in ireland. Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday on Thursday for before noon on Friday delivery which i paid extra for. No delivery. Emailed customer service who said they would refund and deliver Monday. Since writing this review i have received a full refund and the flowers i ordered were delivered to my mum on the following Wednesday. Can't say fairer than that ... oh, and i received an apology. So thank you Serenata Flowers. Shame it wasn't right the first time though!
