“Absolutely useless!”

I ordered flowers for my very ill sister-in-law in hospital. When the confirmation page came up on the website the address was incomplete - they had omitted both the hospital name and the name of the ward. There was a facility to edit the order but although you could edit the message there was absolutely no way to edit the address. I wanted to add a comment to the above, I have had exactly the same thing happen to me. I cried to hear my mom when she described what had been delivered to her and was horrified when i saw the pictures . I have had exactly the same response saying that the dreadful dead bunch of flowers do represent the picture in their opinion. NOT AT ALL....... I would NEVER use this company again and i am going to get in touch with trading standards etc as its totally disgusting

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day for delivery the day before, the Saturday, for free delivery. I Received confirmation of the order by email. Just so happened to track my order on the Saturday and was told there was a problem and that I had to contact the company. Despite providing my phone number at the time of order, the company did not contact me regarding the issue so if I had not tracked my order I wouldn't have known until it was too late. I recieved an email on sathurday morning THE DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY in forming me my order was cancelled as the flowers were not available for delivery in ireland. Since writing this review i have received a full refund and the flowers i ordered were delivered to my mum on the following Wednesday. Can't say fairer than that ... oh, and i received an apology. So thank you Serenata Flowers. Shame it wasn't right the first time though!

“Cant deliver and told only the morning of delivery date”

Good heavens - that's terrible!

I had the same experience with Serenata Flowers -- my flowers were as good as dead when I got 'em (after 6 days) :( I will never use Serenata Flowers again.

“Awful customer service.”

I ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day, I checked in the morning to see where they were and the site said out for delivery. By 6pm my girlfriend still hadn't received them and the tracking still said out for delivery. I emailed twice and it took them an eternity to get back to me. Eventually they did, saying the flowers had been delivered, as a card had been posted to say where the flowers had been left at 14:30. I've had the same experience. When I had a problem with my flower delivery (flowers were dead on arrival!), Serenata Flowers were almost impossible to get hold of :( I will never use Serenata Flowers again. Terrible customer service.

Waited all day for my flowers for them not to arrive. 3 days later still not here. Emails Ignored, no contact telephone number to speak to anyone. I will never use again. My partner ordered me an expensive bouquet of flowers and paid extra to make the bouquet more extravagant. The box was received in poor condition and I have bought better looking flowers from the supermarket. “Unprofessional and greedy”

I ordered valentines roses and submitted my order. I am on a budget but found an arrangement I could afford. Within minutes of ordering I discovered I had a voucher, so I went in, chose a more expensive arrangement and asked them to cancel the original order. You can only do this on line not over the phone so was at the mercy of them getting back to me. This was two days before valentines day. I placed an order yesterday for a bunch of expensive flowers and the track order says still out for delivery??? What good is that they were supposed to be a Valentines gift. I have tried to contact Serenata via their contact us facility 5 times and they haven't responded once.....there us no contact number or no address to send a com ain't to. I have no other alternative but to consult the financial services ombudsman as Serenata are in breach of the sale of goods act....absolutely fuming with such a poor and unprofessional company. I only used them because there ordering process was easy as I'm always on my phone. Does anyone else know if and where you can complain to within Serenata? Look forward to your reply.

I am on the same case, they did not deliver my wife flowers yesterday and could be honest with me and tell me that they were not going to honour the order so that at least I could have used someone, what's the point of delivering the flowers after the intended date.Will never use them and will make sure that a lot of people get to know about this poor and stressful service from Swrenata
