I ordered some flowers for my stepmother's 86th birthday. She has just moved into a care home and I needed to amend the address. Customer services cannot be contacted by phone so I had to contact them online. I did this on three occasions and received a different link each time. I pasted the link into my browser, only to find that it was not recognised. I am now waiting to see if the flowers get through but am beginning to have my doubts!… Read Full Review

“absolutely diabolical service ”

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partners birthday as a surprise. the only surprise I got was the flowers never arrived stating the driver couldn't gain access to the property. The recipient was in all day waiting for this surprise on her birthday there was no knock on the door and access to the property isn't exactly difficult as I am in a ground floor flat and my front door leads on to the street. “What is Serenata not telling us?”

I placed an order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered on 17th June, as I was to be away. When I got home, I tracked the order on 18th June to ensure that they had been delivered safely. Not only had they not been delivered but I was given a story that the trailer containing the flowers had gone on fire, and that they had sent me an e-mail on 16th June to advise. Do not order from this company. Well if you can call them a Company. Ordered Flowers (Claim to be next day delivery) Thursday 12th June. Completed the order and received an email to say the order was complete. “Appalling quality and even worse customer service”

Please be warned !Ordered a bouquet for a colleague to celebrate her wedding. Vase was broken due to being packed with one sheet of tissue paper. However, flowers were sad and tired looking. “Disappointing! Still charged for items missing from order.”

I wish I could upload a picture to show the difference in the bouquet advertised on the site and the one actually received.The flowers were on the brink of being withered and looked as if they had been thrown together - they looked more like a bunch of weeds! A balloon was also part of the order which was not delivered although I was still charged for it! First time using on line flower delivery and cannot fault. Ordered 1630 Monday and delivered by lunch Tuesday day better than ordering locally in some cases. Text messages/emails along route giving updates, have not seen flowers but recipient said the flowers where lovely and fresh (Twigiht) and the vase still in tact. Neither order arrived; there was no comminication from Serenata to either of us and I only recieived a response to my emails after several attempts. “Really bad service ”

Disgusted with Serenata flowers. We have not had them four full days yet and most of them are dead. My partner said they looked like a supermarket bouquet. Serenata claim to do free delivery, but from the cheap look of the flowers, I would say £5.00 flowers & £15.00 delivery. Sent them e-mails with photographs but have not heard from them yet. Had a similar experience, sent flowers to my Dad in hospital. The hospital refused to take them. They refused to refund my money and wanted to charge me 50% extra to have them redelivered! There is no customer service.To all that are thinking of using them, go to a trusted company the AVOID

I ordered flowers for my daughters 21st birthday. The flowers were delivered on time but were such a disappointment. They were nothing like the picture on the website and the basket was only half full. All there was were three pink roses and lots of foliage. The basket dwarfed the flowers and there were a couple of sticks in the basket for some strange reason. “NEVER AGAIN!”

Had these for Mothers day from my son. Very poor quality and had to throw some away. I contacted Serenata and sent pictures of them and they were totally indifferent. They eventually offered a 10% discount which I feel was an insult. I e mailed them to this affect and have had no reply back. These flowers are nothing like the fresh blooms you see in their advertisements and to be honest they are not fit for purpose. My daughter decided to surprise me for Mother's Day with flowers being delivered by serenta , imagine my disappointment when the flowers were delivered in a carboard box and a day late , was suppose to be yesterday , the flowers them self looked wilted and not very many off them considering wat she paid for them ,I think this company should reimburse all there dissatisfied customers as a good will gesture as bad feedback won't sell no more flowers from a lot off customers I see on the reviews… Read Full Review
