I ordered Flamingo Diva on October 22 for my only sister's funeral on Monday October 26. It was a beautiful mix of lilac and orange. Colours that my sister would have loved and looked good in. It took me 3 days to choose the flowers. It had to be at the Funeral Director's before 12.30 on the day of the funeral Monday 26th. They accepted my order and I paid in full using discount code. “Ocean Whisper arrangement”

We ordered the largest size of the Ocean Whisper arrangement. I suppose that due to the time of year, or availability 2 out of the 7 types of flowers were not present in the arrangement. It really diminished the overall beauty of the arrangement, and changed the color scheme. Since the recipient probably did not see the photo on the website of how it was supposed to look, she probably thought the flowers were lovely. “Flower box left at front door,beautiful bouquet spoilt ”

Wed.21st Oct.@ 22 00.Phone call from brother-in- law to ask if flowers to my sick wife had arrived.Box found on doorstep. We had been in all day-obviously- and at no time were the bell or knocker used. The instructions for care were followed exactly. The flowers at this stage looked stressed. I ordered flowers for my mothers 80th birthday, 4 days before I wanted them delivering. I phoned my mother on her birthday and asked if they had been delivered, she said no. I could not get any information from the tracking service and trying to find a phone number to contact them was impossible. They did not arrive on her birthday. “Flowers NOT delivered for PARENTS' ANNIVERSARY. DO NOT...”

I ordered the flowers to be sent for my parents' wedding anniversary. I specified that, if they were not home, the delivery should be left on the doorstep. However, I received a "delivery failed" notification... Unless the delivery driver did not know what a doorstep was, I cannot fathom why this happened! The company is incompetent. I ordered flowers for my goddaughters Pearl Wedding Anniversary 7th September 2015. They never arrived . Received an email from Serenata saying they were delivered at 7.09pm and left in the front porch, I then received a mobile text saying they had been delivered at 8.31pm, All a BIG LIE. Ordered 12 red roses online for next day delivery. Flowers were meant to arrive on Sunday for my partners birthday. They did not arrive until Monday and when they did they were not red roses they were a mix of other flowers. i ordered flowers for my mum on the 3rd march its now the 7th and still they haven't arrived i demanded a refund and they tried getting out of it by stating they were with yodel and they had a status up saying they couldn't deliver due to severe weather there was nothing wrong with the weather!! still no bad weather and still no flowers hope u got a refund!

Order flowers for mothers birthday. The flowers that arrived were not as per the image on website and driver literally dumped them at the door. Tried to speak to Serenata about this which was impossible. Got fobbed off with emails and BS - Never visiting this site again and advise anyone considering to use it to stay away. “Very poor quality ”

I was the recipient of some serenata flowers in June. The bouquet was a mixture of roses, chrysanthemums and alstroemerias and on the day of the delivery looked very nice, although a couple of the roses were already tinged with brown and the remainder were drooping. I followed the care instructions to the letter and also placed the flowers in a cool room, but within days all the roses had died and the alstroemerias had become to lose petals too. Worst customer service ever, apparently they have no access to a telephone to call elderly and worried clients about a duplicated order. The only e mails my 80 year old mother received were links back to the home screen and not even to any customer service department. There is NO WAY to contact this company via phone - all communication is via email and they are not at all quick to get back to you, especially if you have a problem.
