Two weeks and still not even sent out despite showing as in stock. They emailed saying it will be "Somewhat" delayed. I've been waiting for my refund but they say they're waiting for it to return - they haven't even sent it out!

“Two months for a set of tyres???? -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

Ordered a set of winter tyres on 17th November and still have not received them almost two months later. Rang several times for updates but got fobbed off with they are stuck in customs etc The automated update even told me they had been delivered a few days ago - they hadnt. Dont be tempted by the slightly cheaper price and that the tyres are in stock - they are not and can take months to arrive Do NOT USE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Note to self…. Read the reviews before purchasing in future. The customer service is non existent after 6 days of my initial ordering I lost it and the order was cancelled. Used another company and a 2 day delivery has been confirmed

“Non-delivery of tyres”

They quote short delivery times but that is not true in my experience (and it appears for many others!). They don't tell you that they are shipped from Germany! A few days after placing the order, I got an email saying delivery 11 days after that. They didn't arrive so I got in touch and they said that they were in customs and couldn't tell me when they would arrive. So I cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund.

“4 tyres ordered in January, still haven't arrived.”

We ordered 4 tyres in January, the order didn't arrive, contacted MyTyres customer team who told us the tyres had returned back to the warehouse. The order was sent out again on order, the tyres were despatched on 21-02-2022 and moved to DPD for delivery. These tyres were moved by DPD to another site in Germany, since then there have been no updates to the tracking and no one at MyTyres Customer team can tell me where the tyres are. I've asked on numerous occassions that someone address the problem and get the tyres delivered to us, yet we are now 2 months on and no further forward.

Ordered tyre never arrived and they blamed custom The customer service is Rubish and just recommended cancellation, after the cancellation 4 weeks ago not refund yet. Please do not use such garbage company like this and don’t waste your time and your money .

I ordered 4 wheels and winter tyres back in October. Now December, with snow on the ground and they delivered only three tyres a week ago. DPD shows "delivery completed". Still no sign of fourth wheel and tyre. I don't drive a Reliant Robin. Totally poor service!

I ordered a set if Bridgstsone tyres they said were in stock. Delivery should have been 3 days. I waited and after a month I still haven't received anything. I was rang and complained. 4 days later (1 mo ths and 6 days a tyre turned up at my house. It was one Conti tyre and was the wrong size. I rang and sent the tyre back. The tyre was picked up by DPD the next day. I then had to wait a further 14 days for a refund even after receiving an email stating they have processed a refund. They had not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want the tyre you ordered in a reasonable timeframe.

“Not UK based and terrible!”

Wish I had read some of the feedback on this shower before ordering anything! Ordered 2 tyres on 01/06/2021 from what this company which is portrayed as a UK based supplier, and received an email next day saying they had been dispatched and would arrive on 16/06/2021, which was a much longer timescale stated by them on they're website when I ordered, but unfortunately I had already committed myself. I got an email on 15/06/2021 saying there was a delay and they couldn't provide a new deliver date. This type of service is just not acceptable for a product that is required to keep your vehicle safe and legal , please do not purchase anything from them, as make no mistake, you WILL be messed around from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and just use a more reputable supplier that is based in the UK.

Would give less than 1 star if could I ordered the tyres 4 weeks ago. I was informed on the same day that my order had been handed over to the warehouse and therefor no changes could be made by myself. I have waited and been told that my order had been delayed by 3 days on the 16th March. Then on the 23rd March saying they are delayed and they will let me know when they ship them! I requested a refund, this was followed a few hours later with an invoice for the tyres (which they already took the money for in March) and notification that my tyres were waiting to be picked up by the courier! I checked later that day, what a shock, the courier had not received these as yet. I saw this as a holding activity whilst they try and source the tyres and keep my money. I had no response to my e-mail requesting a refund. I opened a dispute in PayPal detailing the above and saying I wanted a refund! I then received a cancellation email and a refund with no explanation or apology. Disgusting customer service. Will never use them or any of thier (Delti) companies again!

“Warning - Unsafe Porsche N0 Fitment From MyTyres!”

Do not use MyTyres I specifically ordered 'N0' safety rated Hankooks and they sent me lower rate tyres which = No Insurance and No Makers Approval which is dangerous. Lucky for me the tyre fitters noticed the failure from MyTyres. I contacted MyTyres and haven't received any refund after a week many reviews report they withhold refunds! They are not professional.

Absolutely horrendous customer service read some reviews about purchasing then not receiving the items they’d paid for! However stupidly gave the benefit of doubt and bought 4 tyres and immediately sent a message asking for delivery time as I was driving Cornwall and needed tyres as soon as possible I didn’t get a reply until 6days later which was to tell me that they didn’t have the tyres and I’d be getting a refund!!!! 6 days they waited to tell even when I explained I was desperate for the tyres they didn’t have the decency to refund straight away! Absolutely disgusting company AVOID get the same tyres at same price from anyone else on eBay don’t TRUST them!

“Tyres not in, offered alternative then they cancelled”

I ordered 2 tyres on Mon 1 April. On Wed I got an e-mail to say they were out of stock (why 48hr to find that out?) and offered an alternative of the same tyre but with a better speed rating. I replied that as long as the same or better economy/wet braking/sound rating then fine. Friday I got another e-mail asking me the same question. I replied that I had already replied on Wed. They then went and cancelled my order. Not only could I not use my car to go on holiday, but after coming back I find the order was cancelled!

“Delivery in Small Pieces”

The problem isn't the product. It's the delivery in parts over multiple days. While they refer you to the terms and conditions, who is ever expecting a company to deliver 4 wheels in easy to accept intervals as opposed to one day like normal people. How many days do they think I have to sit at home waiting for a delivery of large items. Phone customer care and they really don't. Really unless you are retired with no life or simply never leave home you will want to avoid.

“All the excusses, none of the service!”

Ordered a set of new Rims. My first order was cancelled without any reason. When I checked the website they had increased the price. I emailed them and asking why the order had been cancelled and they said they had computer issues. I should have walked away.... I made a new order at the higher price. After a week the rims had not arrived and I contacted them. they told me they were experiencing seasonal high levels of demand (surely something they can predict) and the order would be delayed. I was encouraged to cancel the order. When I asked how long they told me they had to wait for the warehouse to confirm dispatch times. I asked them if they or I could contact the warehouse to give an indication and they said no! (as if they have a warehouse full of all theses items). I persisted...It took 6 weeks for the Rims to eventually arrive, I had to contact them every week. Their communication was awful. Had I been in a rush to have them I would have canceled the order a long time ago. Life's too short, Avoid them.

“Worst Online Experience for Years”

I ordered a set of wheels & winter tyres on 6th November 2018. The price was good and the order acknowledgement came quickly. After a week I was concerned at the lack of any notification and called to find out what is happening. The agent explained that they had very high demand and there were delays at the warehouse, suggesting I wait and that things would move soon. I asked for confirmation that the tyres were available and in stock, this was confirmed. I explained that I needed the tyres for an upcoming trip and that it was important that they told me if they didn't have them so that I had time to source them elsewhere. After another week, still no update. I phoned and was told that there were still delays at the warehouse which would clear soon. After another week, same thing. I asked for specific confirmation that they actually had the tyres in stock and was told yes. They offered a 3% discount for the delay. Two days later, they cancelled my order saying the tyres weren't available. I called to explain that now, I had a huge issue as they had let me down after keeping me waiting nearly a month. The agent just kept repeating that they were sorry and would refund my money. When I explained that now I would have top source the tyres at short notice, costing more she offered a discount off my next order which is not terribly helpful as they couldn't supply what I wanted. All in all, they let me down, stringing me along for nearly a month with inaccurate information and leaving me with a big problem to solve at the end of it. The managers were not available to speak to me about my complaint and they would not offer any compensation for the delay and inaccurate information. BE VERY CAREFUL - I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY.

“Be Aware if buying Wheel and Tyre Sets”

Having used MYTYRES previously for tyres only, I had no issue using them again this time to buy a set of winter wheels and tyres for an E60 BMW. After deciding which rim and tyre combo I wanted and the website showing my vehicle with the chosen set, I placed my order. Goods arrived, all appeared fine. After fitting I noticed a bad vibration at about 45mph upward. Thinking that the wheels were not properly balanced (or perhaps some weights had come off) I took the car to my local garage who re-balanced them. The issue remained and they were unsure of the cause. The Proline Wheels or the Michelin tyres could be faulty they said. I checked my invoice, contacted mytyres to get a generic email back….you can return but only the faulty item (not set or even tyre and wheel) this would then go back to supplier and if deemed faulty they would replace. I still felt it hard to believe that they were faulty so I did some research and found a roadforce balancing machine at a specialist wheel place, took them there and after checking car (which was perfect on originals and no suspension issues) they were perplexed after re-balancing that the vibration still existed. It was on closer inspection of the wheels that they found a miniscule amount of play at the hub. Mytyres should have supplied a fixing kit (spigot) small plastic clips. The difference was so slight I nor two garages did not realise straight off that something was wrong. I contacted mytyres and about a week later I received four plastic clips, I re-fitted and guess what I have the smoothest best balanced wheels ever. Great! When I complained to mytyres about the fact that I had not been supplied with the adapters in the first place or that they were not mentioned on the invoice or website and after explaining that THEIR OMMISSION had cost me (my time) two of my days off, over £200 in garage/specialist bills to try and resolve - rather than get some kind of apology or a ‘fair’ settlement they offered me £35! I complained that this was not ‘fair’ and was offered £40……I have refused…..as to me they have neither addressed the issue (how many others have had this problem) nor was the compensation offered proportional. Had they behaved professionally and offered a suitable settlement, I was not expecting anywhere near what I spent (as I know it was my choice to have vehicle/wheels assessed but what option did I have) – I had a car that was undriveable and a wheel set I could not return. Perhaps I was naïve, not knowing that a fitting kit may be required but I am sure I won’t be the last so please don’t get caught out like I did. Overall – I will not use MYTYRES again and would advise anyone buying wheel sets to be very very wary.

“Terrible customer service”

Pretty gobsmacked out how bad mytyres customer service is. I've been trying to return a tyre for three weeks and even after five failed attempts i'm called by a rude customer service manager who tells me that the collection was improperly processed and monitored by mytyres (again). But apparently that's no reason for me to get annoyed. Just hang around for another day waiting for a collection - although Ivana, my surly customer service manager, couldn't confidently say the collection would definitely happen. Some particular gems Ivana served up include 'we can't magic a solution', or rather wouldnt, because 'theyre not a local company, they're very large' which isn't the most comforting thing to hear from customer service. And 'you could always take it up with the courier company directly' - to which i belligerently responded 'i didn't do business with DPD, I did it with mytyres' Ivana didn't see my logic. All slightly confused messaging Vs 'we're doing all we can. At least Ivana admitted she's new to her role and that's why she couldn't do anything useful apart from asking me to apologise for taking out my frustration on her. I wouldn't because her attitude did nothing but wind me up. It would be funny if it wasn't such a display of apathy, incompetence and disregard for how disruptive having to take five days out to be at home for a between 9-7 collection. I've learnt my lesson. Next time I'll opt for a local business that cares as much about small orders as they do large ones.

“New Alloy wheels and tyres”

I purchased a set of new alloy wheels complete with a set of tyres. The day after my purchase I received an e-mail asking for a payment by bank transfer, even though I had already paid by debit card. I contacted the company and they sent a standard response and said I needed to make the payment, even though the money had already been taken from my bank. I contacted them again to let them know I will contacting my bank about their poor service and their demands. I would not recommend dealing with this company and urge you avoid them at all costs! I will now have to wait for my bank to deal with these people.
