Poor service. I do not recommend using Talk Talk under any circumstances. All our neighbours have Broadband with other firms and apaprently have excellent service, we can't connect to the Network and are still waiting after several weeks for a call from their so called "Second stage support" to expl ...

I signed up for their wonderful offer of landline and broadband on the 6th June 2006. I am still waiting for my welcome pack, two replies to my emails (sent 4 weeks ago) I wrote to Customer Services (registered post) 12 working days ago and as yet have not had a reply.

I tried to get hold of Talk Talk customer service, but they are no help when they do answer. I have tried 8 times today. I eventually got given other numbers. I spent ages on phone, and the last one has just dumped me after 20 minutes. Net result? Nothing at all.

Don't sign up for this. I did and cancelled as broadband not available in my area. However, talk talk just took my telephone line without any notification and although I had cancelled my order, then proceeded to put a stop on my line as no payment had been received. Even though I have power of attorney Talk Talk refused to cancel my elderly father's account. He had been unable to get through to them at all himself due to the horrible confusing telephone system and the long waits involved, or got a message to try again later. Wait to see if Talk Talk improve, some offers sound to good to be true, I am starting to think this may be one of them. Having a good service needs support back up. They seem very lacking in this area

For anyone with problems with TalkTalk and who go into a Carphone Warehouse, please be patient with the staff in there! I know people who work for Carphone Warehouse and trust me, they are as frustrated with the dire level of support from TalkTalk customer service as you are!

Signed up for the great new offer- but never got a welcome pack, have now been without broadband for a week whilst waiting for new modem and no one will Talk Talk to me...
Don't touch them is my advice.

I phoned Talk Talk Broadband Internet to cancel well in their time conditions. They assured me all was taken care of. They then sent a bank standing order. I phoned them and told them. Also phoned my bank to cancel. Told B.T. not to disconnect me. Talk Talk still went ahead with their services.

I was with Talk Talk for a year and went away to Toucan to come back to them for the one bill and the free broadband. I hope they keep up with their promises and service levels improves.
