    I have had Talk Talk for over a year now and the download speed has been constantly high and we have no problems at all.We have 3 computers running at the same time in our house in the evenings one of which is running world of warcraft and we dont notice any drop in speed of the other two computers. ...

    Talk Talk customer service is provided from overseas with little knowledge of what's going on. Staff cam be rude and patonising because internet is provided to you "free".

    I can't even get signed up to blooming Talk Talk, they keep sending me letters saying that they are sorry to be taking so long and say there is a problem at the exchange.     I left Supanet for Talk Talk. Ok this is the first 3 months into the service and so far so good. The thing is I had to call what they call customer services and you may as well talk to the wall!!!! When they start playing up with the service which im sure will happen then we'll see!

    Been with Talk Talk for some time now. No grief with UL/DL speeds - it does what it says on the tin !
    Minor niggles with Indglish speaking customer support. They do not seem to listen to explanation in order pinpoint problems, but rather go staight to a proscribed Menu of questions. If your answers ...
