I had this Motorola V66 mobile phone for about 4 months before it started going wrong. First my phone book entries stored on the phone kept disappearing and then it would not allow me to recieve text messages. Off it went to motorola for repair and it came back swiftly. I have many digital cell phones, including the Nokia's 8290, one of their most expensive, and yet wasn't as happy as I am now owning the Motorola v66. I love the quality of the unit, as well as the loud ringing. The Nokia ring tones are way too low.

This Motorola V66 mobile phone is wonderful. It is nice and small. The v66 phone is the best phone out and easy to use.

The Motorola V66 is a very stylish mobile phone. Having been a Nokia user all my life i fancied a change and this was the ONE! Excellent reception on the V66e on Orange (even in lifts!), no problem with texting, (i prefer to switch iTap off). No hanging on calls or wap browsing. As for ringtones, i ...

I am most disappointed with the performance of this mobile phone - I am on my 3rd Motorola V66 and faulty screens on my present phone mirrors the problem of my last V66 (both within 1 week of receipt). The first V66 phone simply got absolutely roasting hot and so I tried to turn it off (no success!) ...

I own several phones..ie 8310,t68,t39,sl42,a300...so i like my phones!!! The motorola's have always been the most stylish on the market even from the old startac days!!

Not had the phone long, so can't fully comment on the handset itself. Concern with the software is that the CD was for Windows 98 (Second Edition) and above... with no support for earlier machines! How do I back up my phone then??
