    A quality BRITISH airline, damn good value for money, you pays your money you takes your choice, would probably only consider BA or Virgin ahead of Thomsonfly thats how highly I rate them.     On the whole a pleasant trip, my husband is terrified of flying so it really does help when things go smoothly, and everything went well.     Good points. One pleasant person at check - in! That is it.
    Bad points, How long have you got?
    1. Lack of communication about extensive check in delays due to high demand.
    2. Atrocious customer service - from duty manager on site at Gatwick to cabin crew on flight.

    On a long haul flight (Birmingham to Orlando) you would expect reasonable service, but no, the crew were very rude and when 14 people failed to receive the inflight meal we had paid for everybody was blamed except themselves.     We were not expecting anything anything wonderful as we were on a standard economy flight, however we were very disappointed with Thomsonfly.     Not a cheap flight, yet the experience was far worse than I've had with the 'no frills' carriers. I think Thomson can learn from Easyjet and Ryanair.

    Overall value for money. If we travel with them again we will put on vests if we are booked in to the emergency door area !
    Also, this flight was tied in with a package for a cruise. If we had a separate flight and it was delayed I doubt if the ship would have waited for us. As it was, our ship's de ...

    As a frequent flyer where 95% of my travel is for work and luckily my company still believes in Business Class travel, I wasn't looking forward to going on a Thomsonfly charter!
    However, Thomsonfly really exceeded my expectations on my flights to and from LGW to Las Palmas Gran Canaria.
