    Their flights are cheap, there is a reason. I searched for and made a booking, in good faith, from Las Palmas to London Gatwick.     A totally disastrous flight with appalling, unnecessary delays prior to check in. Rude staff who herded passengers though an archaic system of extended queues to check in, who failed to recognise a number of very elderly passengers who could have done with some assistance.     8th October TOM4013 told 1 hour delay then a little more and eventually it all added up to 7 hours delay for another plane to fly to Spain and back before we could board.     Would never use again. I fly 3 times a year to Cyprus and have never used Thompson until now and I would never use them again.

    Flew Manchester to Cancun 7th October returning 14th October. Overall, pretty poor value for money. Unfriendly staff and a cunning seating plan. Next time I go to Cancun I will use one of the main carriers - if that means stopping off in the US then so be it!

    Comftable Seats, Good amount of legroom. Great Food and a good selection of films. Thomsonfly are a good airline, we flew a B757-200 London Gatwick to Larnaca and Larnaca, Cyprus to London Gatwick B757-200 both times.

    I will never fly long haul with Thomson again, it was bad enough having to pay extra for an entertainment upgrade, but that wasn't even available on the way home as the system wasn't working.
