    Lately I've been travelling with many budget airlines such as Ryanair and EasyJet.     My family was flying from Gatwick to Paphos and we were told at the check in that the flight was delayed by just 20 minutes(it had not even arrived at that stage!!!).     Thomson Fly. Fantastic for longhaul. Brilliant Crew. Best flight to CUN there and back and thr funniest and friendliest cabin crew. Bad points, don't have any!

    The plane was due to land at Luton at 9.15 Sunday 21st December. We had car hire booked from there and Avis closed at 11pm.     Glasgow - Dalaman - GlasgowVery comfortable flight and good in-flight food and entertainment and cabin crew polite and helpfulBut the flight times were really bad and the flights alone were far too expensive. A tip, Thomas Cook offer cheaper flights for similar quality of service

    Flew from Cardiff To Turkey, Dalaman Oct 08 on a nice clean 757 there and back ground crew in Cardiff were excellent very polite. The crew On board they were amazing they couldn't do anything more for you over all whole Holiday 100%, love Thomson best airline in the world

    Excellent staff, clean tidy aircraft, very good in flight meals. 20 minutes delay in boarding outward flight. Thomson Fly are good value for money, nice comfortable aircraft adequate leg room

    Seating is cramped. Most of the service I felt was impersonal, with some staff bordering on rude, some staff rarely smile, and seem to have very little interest or enthusiasm for their job.
