It would seem that each year we fly with Thomson, that the level of service declines on each flight, gone are the days of smart polite aircrew, replaced now with scruffy and miserable individuals.

Yet again Thomson surpasses what service is all about, flew out to Paphos on 12th July from Gatwick took off bang on time arrived 25 minutes early, retutrned 19th July landed 4 minutes late. Where do I start. Cabin crew on flight very rude. Food disgusting. There were 4 of us in party and all of us paid for the upgarded inflight entertainiment, where you can apparentley start and stop the movies when you want.
