    Booked ski holiday in March 2005 to Breckenridge, USA.
    Booked and paid £150 each extra for Thomson Fly Premium seats on flight both ways- extra leg room as I am 6'2".
    Some hassle at departure check-in at Gatwick, but we got our seats only after producing receipts as proof of purchase!

    I'm shocked. Thomson Fly have just charged me £43.00 to change the *spelling* of a name on a ticket. That's more than the cost of the original ticket! I rather feel like I've been blackmailed... which I suppose I have been.

    Our Thomson flight to Gran Canaria left on time. During flight only saw attendants when either serving meals or selling something e.g. duty free.
