Thomson Fly went through a bad patch of not really knowing what sort of airline they were, but I'm glad to say they're on the right path now! If your going for a long haul flight pay the extra and go with someone else. I have been with Sri Lankan, Malaysia and British airlines in the past and they were ten times better than Thompson Fly.

The flight out at Manchester with Thomson Fly has an easy check in service however you can't chose a window seat for example. The plane itself was dated and as ever we were packed in like sardines. I flew with Thomsonfly in June last year. I flew over to the USA once a year with a budget airline and once with a scheduled airline and I would advise anybody to take the scheduled option.
