We flew from Cardiff to Paphos last week in November. I can`t comment on the price since the flight came as a package. We didn't eat on board either as the meals were too expensive for what they were. My main complaint was the seating. I am just 6ft tall. They had pushed the seats so close together ...

Never been on a flight before that has no cabin crew assistance for passengers for 30 mins whilst they have breakfast!! This was announced on the tannoy on the flight out! On our return flight, it was announced again on the tannoy that drinks would only be served once and to get enough refreshments ...

check in at Luton painless although we did arrive 3hrs early to ensure this . Sharm is a Nightmare of chaos and confusion . Our flight was delayed by 3 hours due mechanical problems. When Thomson did get us out there was no refreshments provided on the plane and the service was awful. It ruined our holidays completely. I would never fly with them again, no matter how cheap they are.

The airport at Sharm al Sheikh was totally chaotic. The website considers this destination to be short haul and have delayed introducing the 33 inch seat pitch. £225 return for a family of 3 over half term - can't complain. Plenty of legroom, seats fine, left 10 minutes early on return flight from Faro. Would use again at this price.
