Everybody didnt have the GTA V but on this website it said it had stock. We are not blind. I found out later from the CS, they didnt have it, so they lied on the website, so we place the order with them. When the stock came back in as Tesco alerted stock, Boomerang sent email on Friday 8.42am goods dispateched and by first class. It is now Tuesday 12pm, courier and Royal mail has completed their day. “Best Game Rental Service Out There!”

I've been using boomerang game rentals for about 4 months now and i've got to say they are a really good company. The Customer Support is great as the respond really fast, every disc I have ever received has never had a single scratch on it and when I do choose to keep the game they send me the box with working DLC codes and everything is in brand new condition. Hi, I am not an employee but meerly just a customer who is satisfied with the service. I can't find any other game rental service in the UK that is currently offering next gen games as I am now using boomerang for this. It is however quite expensive though as I am currently on the unlimited 3 package paying 18.99 a month.

“Very first rental, disc scratched really bad. ”

Took the trial after finding out lovefilm stopped games. Very fisrt disc (Resident Evil 6) was really badly scratched I never even bothered putting it in my machine. I uderstand with rentals they get scuffed and the odd scratch may make it out, but this one looked like it have been taken to with a few screws or something. “Looks like they have gone down hill since Lovefilm stopped”

Reading older reviews it looks like Boomerang used to be good. I'm guessing they just can't cope with all the love film customers moving over. I started the free trial and received two games pretty quickly. The last ten days of my trial were spent waiting on a third being sent out. The games in my list were mostly labelled 0-3 days so why the 10+ day wait? Out of love Lovefilm, blockbuster and Boomerang, boomerang is by far the slowest… Read Full Review

I agree i have been with them since the beginning of the year 2013 and they have really gone downhill now. Lots of their games you have to wait for and I have 42 games on my list. It's not as good as it used to be !

I would like to comment that since Lovefilm have stopped doing rentals for games the availiblity of games is very poor now and this review does not now represent the way I feel about the company. I am going to give them another month then maybe cancel or at least take a break!

I've been with these guys for over 2 years and I tried lots of rental companies. Lovefilm are great for films but these guys definitely best for games. Sam, the main chap who answers queries is always friendly and helpful. Signed up for the 'free' trial. Took a week from signing up to receive a title even though all of my top 5 were reasonably old games. I would like to point out that all the negative reviews are obviously hand written by Lovefilm employees... seriously. This rental site is as best as it gets. I've been with them for 3 months now and I can honestly say if your not interested in receiving your highest priority title on your games list then the turn around really is 1 day.

They allow you to alter the type of service you want Top 3, Top 5, Balanced and fast.

You're an idiot. I have no love for LoveFilm at all, and think they give lousy service, especially since Amazon took over.

But seriously, Boomerang actually manage to make Lovefilm look good!

During my free trial period with Boomerang, their service was absolutely outstanding. But once they started taking my money, that went to Hell, fast.

I've been sitting for nearly two weeks since they received my last game, and I'm STILL waiting for them to send me something, in spite of having more than 15 possible games on my list.

Maybe it's YOU who are the Boomerang employee?

I think Boomerang are a very good company, they respond to my emails quickly also on the telephone, you got to look at it for what it is you pay £10 per month and you get two games per month yes you might not get top titles all the time however you dont have to pay out a fortune for somthing that depreciates faster the the speed of light ive personaly saved a small fortune! well done boomerang

I dont see why everyone is moaning. I've been with this company since the old site and I've had no problems. I have found that the most popular games take a few days to turnaround but thats expected as you cant even get most of the new games in other rental stores. I have recently contact customer services and I received a reply within a couple of days which was written to me directly and not circular.

I have used boomerang for over 8 months. The first 4-6 months were great with no problems, receiving games on time, receiving new releases as this is what i was paying for. After 4-6 months passed I stopped getting new releases on release date. The customer service became abysmal and very slow responding to my emails.

exactly the same story... I mean word for word. 6 months of great service followed by a "lost" game and a 6 month forced subscription (wasn't an issue for me as I has received a good experience overall).

Once I had agreed to this service became abysmal. Slow customer service and I was lucky to get a game delivered once every 1-2 months.

Steer clear - REALLY.
