I have recently has an accident which was entirely the third party's fault. Sheila's wheels were very efficient in supplying me with a coutesy car and taking my own car away for assessment, as I would expect from the premium I pay. Unsurprisingly the car is a cat C write off as only worth at best & ...

No end of problems. Cancelled my Shielas Wheels policy without giving me the appropriate notice period. No letters sent prior to the final cancellation letter, resulting in driving for 3 days oblivious to the fact I was not covered. After cancelling my policy they arranged new cover as they were at ...

I have recently had my car stollen, hence reported to police and my insurance company "Sheilas Wheels"!! They stated they would get back to me once they had heard something/anything about my car, which they did approx 5 days later to tell me it had not yet been found but they offered me a settlement ...

Had a recent accident, my fault, no other car or person involved. Even whilst fully comprehensive insurance from Sheilas Wheels Car Insurance, I was left stranded 3 hours away from home with a disabled pensioner and 2 children. They used every trick in the book to use different wording to cover no ...

I was involved in a collision in March 2008 which was not my fault and at worst could have been considered 50:50. I was insured by Shiela's Wheels, the other party insured by Esure - turns out they are both the same company. I didn't feel assured that my claim was being taken seriously and when I ...

Last December I became disabled and was given a mobility car with its own insurance. I called Shelias wheels and explained this and they told me they would send a letter telling me what monies I would receive (any balance from the monies I had paid).

I received no letters during December or Janua ...

I had to get rid of my car because I could no longer afford to run it. So I cancelled my insurance 6 months after taking out the policy, by this time I was actually £6.95 in credit. However, in the small print of my policy, I had to pay Sheila's Wheels a £50 cancellation fee. I find th ...

I didn't find Sheila's Wheels helpful, They claimed half on the damaged to my car was not caused in crash. I have tried to complain but I haven't received a response yet.
I feel like the experience caused more stress
    I would not recommend!
