My daughter recently understood she had been approved for a Yes Loan, and I paid her £50 admin fee for her. I should have asked. I paid my money to them and they sent 2 letters out within 24 hours, fast service I ...

I recently applied to Yes Loans, and the service was unbelievably poor throughout the process. I have still not been able to arrange a loan 5 weeks after I initially contacted them.

When I requested the refund of my 'administration' fee, they provided me with a false telephone numbers to call. ...

I had to pay an admin fee (of course) and it was once this was paid that I realised that I wouldn't get a loan from them as they are just brokers. Anyway after ...
