Overall, I feel let down and angry with YES loans. I really needed the money as I have just booked a holiday with my girlfriend which she has paid for. After being told by YES Loans that the money would be in my account by the Monday, I checked my account but no money. I phoned them and they said that I had been refused. I am absolutely disgusted. Not only had I been told on the phone, but also by letter. I lost the £49 admin charge also. Can ...

3 weeks of being told by YES loans that a loan had been approved and paperwork in the post. I called today and asked to re-apply!! They misinformed me!!

I have just had a similar experience with YES loans. We were offered £2,000 over 3 years at 28%. We got an official looking document from them confirming that 'we had been accepted' and we duly sent off the application with our £49.50
