They do not tell you on the telephone that they are brokers, and they make you believe that they lend you money. They make you think you are getting a loan when they clearly know you are not. Citizens Advice told me this company has thousands of complaints against it.

This company is not a loan company they are an agent, and anyone considering a loan from them must read the terms an conditions thoroughly. Even if they cannot get you a loan you will lose your £49.50 fee.

Like an idiot I have paid the £49.50 to this so-called loan company. I am fuming, as they take your money and then you don't hear anything, and you have to spend more money chasing them on the phone.

I tried Yes Loans today, and like everyone else I was accepted. When the admin fee came up I questioned this. Yes Loans offered my daughter a loan of £5000, and we paid the £49.50 admin fee, but did not get a loan. I telephoned them, but they will not give out names to write to or help you in any way.
