I will never buy anything from ABC Modelsport again! I have had no answer when I call, and no response to emails. And I have still not received what I ordered.

Placed order with ABC Modelsport (via Ebay) in July 2007, but I have still not received my order. I have also received no reply to emails. Payment by Debit Card. Payment taken very quickly. Advised that item is on back order. Still nothing after 5 months.

Following my earlier post, I have just complained about this company to Consumer Direct who are passing it to Trading Standards. I would urge everyone who has been treated badly by this company to do this by phoning 08454 04 05 06.

I usually check sites by Googling them first but didn't in this case . !!!

Ordered a scalextric car in November which showed in stock.
3 weeks later a completely different car showed up.
After sending it back they refunded the price of the car but not the shipping cost or the return postage !!! ...

Mid way though November 2007 i ordered a tank for my son for Christmas.
It was a challenger2 tank forces of valour,they took my order and debited my account ,10days later i rang too see where the tank was,but the tank was not in stock ,fair enough .
In my case however I had no email no phone call ...
