I ordered plane 12th march 2007, was told delivery would be delayed due to stocktaking. Took payment same day, still waiting. I am expecting a birthday card in 5 weeks.

I placed an order with abc on 14 dec. They debited my card immediately, and promised pres xmas delivery. Nothing arrived. I emailed and emailed and emailed...no reply. I had a model aircraft delivered on the 23 December. The wrapping was a single sheet of paper, the model of the wright bros aircraft in balsa wood was totally trashed due to the lack of protection I called ABC within ten minutes and was told that another would be sent right away.
