Dealing with Interactive Resorts was a pleasure from start to finish. I was booking for a group of 17 and my contact Will was so helpful, offering suggestions on the best resorts to go to and responding promptly to e-mail enquiries. Booked this for a group of 10 through interactive resorts, they were brilliant and really helpful as initially we were a larger group and all our booking had to be changed 3 months before we travelled; Sarah was so helpful and managed to find us this chalet. We were there over the New Year and it was fabulous, only reason its not getting 5 stars is because of the size of the bathrooms, well appointed and brand new but very small; also no mid week towel change that we would have liked. The Resort Our group of 8 adults and an infant comprised 5 skiers (intermediate and advanced) and 3 boarders. Zermatt’s wide cruising runs on the glacier and narrower runs through the trees suited the skiers very well but there were quite a lot of linking paths that were unpleasant for the boarders. The scenery was lovely and snow conditions excellent. The runs aren’t very challenging unless you opt to go off piste. The runs labelled as blacks were more akin to reds in France. I've booked through interactive resorts twice now and intend to do so again this season. Having visited many European resorts on snowboarding holidays and having worked in resorts for a couple of seasons before entering the real world, I'd like to think that I know a bit about the industry and have what you might call specialist knowledge of a couple of resorts, so I'm probably a bit harder to impress than most. I would caution against using this agency. We were lead to believe that we were booking a bespoke holiday for our party of 15. However once we had paid our deposits, we were informed that the holiday had actually been booked via a large travel agent. For various reasons, our flight times were very important to our group and we were sold the holiday on the basis of mid day flight times from Gatwick.. Having somehow managed to put off booking a ski holiday for 18 years I was slightly nervous of booking the right resort, chalet, ski hire etc. I needn't have worried as the staff at Interactive Resorts guided me through the process. It was great to talk to someone who had spent a season at the resort - not only did they give me detailed information on the skiing itself, but also on the best places to eat and drink for the equally important apres ski! This is the 5th time we have used Interactive Resorts and will definitely use them again. We have had 4 fantastic Ski Holidays through them, they have listened to our requirements and recommended various Chalets in France. This time around we couldn't make up our mind and then found we had left it to late to get our flights from Bristol and could only get the Chalet we wanted from Birmingham (which is alot further away)again we couldn't decide.....i think Harriet has the patience of a saint!!… Read Full Review

Interactive Resorts Ltd for ski holidays - USELESS!!I booked through this holiday company this winter and found the level of service before booking OK but following our booking they didnt give a stuff! We ended up paying over £100 each more per person on our holiday because the sales rep forgot to inform us of some very important information - how convenient! I booked ski resort accommodation through this website. It seemed convenient at first until I realised Interactive were just agents. This turned out to be a good one stop shop allowing me to browse prices from different operators and I ended up renting a chalet from Powder White Ltd. The process was simple enough and the good thing is I was able to communicate directly with the operator after I booked which was better trying to go through the man in the middle. Sales rep didn't provide us with all the information for the deal we were on. Ended up costing us another £130 in the resort. Their answer 'I don't think that any member of your party specifically asked for details of the offer at any time prior to your booking. Had you done so, you would have been informed that the deal does need to be applied at the time of confirming the booking and that special offers cannot be applied retrospectively'

I booked my ski holiday over the phone. it was a group booking. all what I want to tell you all that if youre a foreign national who lives in UK need to apply visa for ski holiday, these guys will not provide document on time to get visa.
I had to cancel booking and cancellation fee of £1000.00 been charged from me. That totally they failed to provide document what I need on time. it was just a waste of money.

I found Interactive Resorts to be unbiased and professional. I had a number of options under consideration and the agent I spoke to offered his advice with no pressure and complete impartiality. It seems to me that they have different memberf of staff for different resorts, and the staff have all worked in the resorts themselves.
