    I requested £15,000. They guaranteed £15,000, only to be offered £3,000 with a guarantor by FLM, as in the previous review.

    I have a bad credit history and when I called up Advantage Loans - a "sister company of Tenants Loans" - I was told that they could GUARANTEE my loan application - AFTER I paid them 50.00 pounds. The next day I received a letter stating I should apply for a Post Office Personal Loan.

    The loans for Tenants web site is fast to load (no flashy gimmicks), straight forward, and has easy to understand information about tenant loans in the UK.
