    I am getting married in July and needed to get I loan. I come across tenant loans and applied, they of course accepted me.
    All I can say is thank you very much to all the people who wrote reviews,I was so close to paying the £50 fee until I read them.
    i am lucky that i didn't waste '£50 ...

    First of all a bit of advice to every one YOU all can get your money back. No matter what happens you must write to the company and continue writing to them and don't stop. Ask to speak to a manager and put things right its your money so start behaving like it is too.Secondly the best way to clean u ...

    Well I wish I had read these reviews first. I too have used Tenant Loans, really convincing rep said you pay £50 admin fee we guarantee you a loan, what she did not tell me is that you need a guarantor and the apr is outrageous.

    I was told by Tenants Loans Information www.bad-credit-loans-for-tenants.co.uk that the loan I require was waiting for me and all I had to do was pay the arrangement fee. After the fee was paid, they then they came up with an offer of a third of my requirement if I have a guarantor!!

    I applied for a loan of £5000 which they said they could guarantee. I had to pay an admin fee of £49.50 when paid they sent me details of a lender only for £3000 with a guarantor for flm which is ridiculous then told me to try Halifax which was declined as above on the other review ...

    I applied for a £700 loan with tenant loans was told that if paid the broker fee of £49.95 it would be in my bank in 3-5 days, this was untrue, when asked if i can have a refund they dis-connected me

    After applying for a loan of £3000 with them, I was told I was guaranteed one and had to pay the £49.50 fee. Being quite keen to get the money, I paid it, only to receive a letter 2 days later saying they could offer me £2000 with a guarantor.
